CTU/IMDG code
Target group
Anyone who packages and transports dangerous goods for maritime transport or manage the documentation.
Content
- Transport of dangerous goods by sea, IMDG code and CTU pack code
- Loading vehicles and containers
- Creating transportation documents (IMO declarations)
- Creating CTU pack certificates
- Instructions in accordance with 1.3 IMDG Code
Load securing
Target group
Anyone whose job involves loading break bulk cargo.
Content
- Correct and sufficient securing of cargo on lorries
- Use of various load-securing equipment
- In-depth practical part
Air freight training for staff categories 1 + 2
Target group
Anyone involved in transporting dangerous goods by air. These include both shippers (staff category 1) and packers (staff category 2).
Content
The minimum contents are set out in Table 1.5 A of the IATA – DGR. The course complies with the provisions of the ICAO-TI and concludes with an examination. The training certificate covers all classes (with the exception of class 7) and is recognised by the German Federal Aviation Authority (Luftfahrtbundesamt).
