If you are not at home at the time of delivery, we can also simply park your delivery at a desired location on your property. Simply download the parking permit, complete it and make it accessible to our driver. Simply stick it to your letterbox, for example.

We have worked exclusively on the basis of the German Freight Forwarders’ Standard Terms and Conditions 2017 – ADSp 2017 – and, insofar as these do not apply to the provision of logistics services – in accordance with the Logistics General Terms and Conditions since July 2019. Note: The ADSp 2017 deviates from the law in Section 23 with regard to the maximum liability for damage (§ 431 of the German Commercial Code (HGB)), by the liability for multimodal shipments, including sea transport and unknown location of damage to 2 SDR (special drawing rights)/kg and otherwise the standard liability of 8.33 SDR/kg in addition to €1.25 million per claim and €2.5 million per loss event, but at least 2 SDR/kg.

• fewer physical customs controls and checks on documents
• priority clearance in the event of a check

ISO 14001 focuses on a continuous improvement process as a means of achieving the defined environmental performance objectives of an organisation. The continuous improvement process is based on the method Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA):

• Planning: Definition of objectives and processes to achieve the implementation of the organization’s environmental policy
• Execute: the implementation of the processes
• Check: Monitoring the processes with regard to legal and other requirements as well as objectives of the environmental policy of the organisation; if necessary, publishing the environmental performance (the success of the organisation with regard to its environmental protection measures)
• Optimize: If necessary, the processes must be corrected (adapted).

The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) concept is a preventive system designed to ensure the safety of food and consumers.

The HACCP concept demands:

• to analyse all risks to food safety within a company’s area of responsibility
• identify the critical control points for food safety
• establish intervention limits for the critical control points
• establish procedures for the continuous monitoring of critical control points
• to lay down corrective measures in the event of discrepancies
• verify that the food safety system is appropriate
• document all measures taken

DIN EN 16258:2012 is a method for calculating and declaring the energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions of transport services (freight and passenger transport).
