Terms and Conditions
We work exclusively in accordance with the German Freight Forwarders’ Standard Terms and Conditions (ADSp) and – insofar as these do not apply to the provision of logistics services – in accordance with the latest version of the Logistics Terms and Conditions. Section 23 ADSp limits the statutory liability for damage to goods in accordance with § 431 HGB (German Commercial Code), for damage in the custody of a forwarder to 5 Euro/kg; in the case of multimodal transports including sea transport to 2 SDR/kg as well as moreover per claim or event to 1 million or 2 million Euro or 2 SDR/kg, whichever is the greater. Clause 27 ADSp shall not be deemed an agreement of other maximum liability amounts within the meaning of Art. 25 of the Montreal Convention. We require the value of the goods to cover the transport insurance. Without transport insurance we have limited liability according to ADSp. Place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart.
